A woman is an important creature on earth, she plays a very vital role in this world and she is the most expensive jewelry there has ever been therefore, she should be treated like one.
In today’s world, we have witnessed how underestimated, and badly treated a woman has been. She has been degraded and disgraced, which is a very shameful deed.
Rape has become common, a lot of women and girl children are being raped by men with different motives. A woman suffers from this traumatizing situation and gets affected psychologically, only a few women overcome the mental effect it gives.
This destroys the heart and the peace of a woman, some fail to accept it and end up being depressed, some become cold hearted, some end up hating men and some end up committing suicide.
On the other hand, men do it for satisfaction, some do it to see a woman suffer, some do it for revenge.
Gender based violence is very common, women are suffering in their marital homes being abused and hurt by their husbands.
Just a piece of advice
A woman should be treated with kindness and love, she is very vulnerable and delicate no matter how brave she seems. She needs love, attention, care and respect no matter how promiscuous she seems/is.
Woman..
Let us not throw stones at each other because united we stand, devided we fall. Let’s uplift and encourage one another because no one will ever understand us better than ourselves, let us be a sister’s keeper, lover and carer. We need each other, we are all the same.
Let us value and treasure ourselves, protect ourselves from people with wrong motives towards us. Let us protect our inner peaceful and loving nature from being contaminated by toxic people.
We are flowers that make the world beautiful and without us, the world would be a gloomy place therefore, let us take care of ourselves and others.
In most cases, people think that models and highly fashionable people have a very comfortable status of confidence and peace because, they know just what to wear and how to wear it…clothing affects everyone despite their core status in society. A majority of people’s mood swings is due to clothing and style.
Comfortable in your own style
Have you ever worn a certain type of Outfit for work, a function, school or anywhere and felt your outfit wasn’t necessary, was too much or was not matching the occasion, then after a while you feel so uncomfortable as though everyone is laughing at you silently, then your mood changes and you suddenly want to go back home?
Or have you ever been invited to a party where a majority of the guests, are models… And you expect to find awesome dressing but, you actually realize that you are actually dressed better than other models?
Dressing will never be a hundred percent Perfect on anyone, no matter the degree of experience you may have in fashion, dressing will always drive you crazy at some point.
It’s all about finding peace in your sense of style and choice of clothes and accessory. That’s when fashion becomes beautiful and treasured. You bear in mind that there is actually someone thinking you are dressed better than them and walk confidently. Be comfortable and feel safe with what you like.
Again, confidence will portray a very good stature and allure to your fashion sense, walking in that outfit confidently will show that you know what you are doing and you had a purpose for what you wore.
Comparing your sense of style to others won’t do you any good, like what ever you design or create, be the game changer if you have to.
A lot if people ask me what I would wear on a typical day in university, looking at peer pressure, stress and influence.
Well… Looking at what others are wearing or what’s trending is not something that a middle classed girl like me would look at. I typically dress according to style, Fashion and value, not trends. I am one person who literally recycles her clothes because the people that design them use effort, and time to do so therefore, a typical day in university wouldn’t give me goose bumps or stress me out.
Period…. Without paying much attention to what anyone would say.
Not that I don’t care but, I know that there are girls out there who look up to me for things like fashion, and me trying to look expensive when I’m actually not or trying to look at what others are putting on, would demoralize their confidence in me and they would think, they made a mistake by making me their role model .
All I’m trying to say is that, I would dress in a very simple way depending on what my wardrobe has for me. I would make the best out of the few clothings I possess and I would do my best to set an example for others out there.

And when it comes to my hair, I try to keep it as natural as possible because I embrace the 90’s style. For some reason I feel our great grands had the coolest style, effortless but valuable.
Not that today’s style is pathetic, but I am bored with today’s fashion, I’m loving what people used to wear and how they looked like in the 90’s
Sometimes dressing should be according to how you see yourself, not how you want the world to see you because, the world sees you according to how you see yourself… Hence, dress according to who you are.
Black shirt, designer: H&M, Dapp shop Lusaka Zambia.
There are different kinds of black, faded, washed, deep and brownish black. The black of the top is faded black which blends so well with the grey pants.
I couldn’t think of any better shoe to add on the pants than these belted sandals, they look so effortless and transparent and seeing that Its summer season, wearing the sandals is okay compared to closed shoes that would accumulate a lot of sweat.
I am so sensitive when it comes to how I look and my behavior towards it. Everything I wear, communicates or says something about how I’m feeling, to the world.
I realize that fashion is communication and talent at the same time.
Looking at this outfit, my week was all about how I was feeling. Wearing the checked skirt that was centimetres away from my skin, represented loneliness, sorrow and heart break. My skin was away from the skirt, segregated (alone).
The black T-shirt symbolized, how I was feeling, helpless and saddened,
Nevertheless, the outfit was so naturally simple and effortless saying;
I add no effort to the sorrow I get, but in the end, I get it in abundance… Looking nice on the outside but broken inside..
Just a thought
The dress’s arm belts were not tied, ” my heart is suffering and tired”.
Belt sandals,” my heart is tied, my arms are tied, I can’t make my own choices.”
But I choose to be strong
Walking through it like it doesn’t exist Laughing at it, like a joke it is.
Why?
Because I know that, tough times only come to make me strong and appreciate my journey of life… What would the world be if we gave up each time we faced problems?
What would have this world been if it gave up immediately corona virus struck?
The road is rough, but giving up isn’t the solution. There is a solution to every problem, therefore, hold on to the little strength you have in your toughest times.
It is an annual event that blends the sport of polo with fashion. Date: 11th July 2020 Venue: Lusaka Polo Club Theme: Polo in Yellow Clinking glasses
This year’s Lusaka July as read in the theme, was all yellow, the language that everyone was speaking, walking and breathing. some of the yellow went wrong and some right, and we are here to judge.
Let’s look at this yellow
Looking at his outfit, what kind of person do you think he is and what do you think he represents? He dressed in a very simple way but outstanding. The only accessory he was putting on was the glasses which matched perfectly with his yellow jacket, Not much at his feet but his black shoes which matched perfectly with his inner shirt. I would think, he is a very classy man, because there is so much quality on him.
Christina@tintin_model
Not much to say about this yellow but, she looked like a total goddess. The showing leg, in those red heels, matched with the chest burst, which connected with the cheeks, making her look sensible. I would say, she knew what she was doing.
Macky 2 ( copala swag)
ceter: Macky 2, right: Yo maps, left: illest
The famous Zambian artist Macky 2 did what he knows best in dressing, the yellow and black was a total bomb 🔥
This other yellow
Her dress was amazing, England inspired. This was awesome. All covered with less skin to show. The dress ribbon matched with her hair connecting with the smile.
Mwaka mwangala
She is an actress seen in the Zambian telenovela zuba. The sleeves are something to talk about, looking at her simple nature, the dress basically represents quality simplicity. Not much on her face matching with her legs.
Zambia’s mayor (Lusaka)
The whites: the shoes and the smart shirt matching in the right angle, perfect positioning. Not forgetting the only accessory on him, the watch, speaking louder but less seen. This is what we call fashion understood.
We get inspiration from the people that make us feel inferior. The problem is not with them but us. We decide to compare our chapter one, to their chapter three or more.
Step by step is how it should be, everything starts small, and grows with hard work. There are people who have probably given up on their dreams or goals just because they have tried to make things work, but things keep failing. It’s okay to be inspired, aim to be the best, reach where others are, but when you fail to reach that stage, don’t give up.
There is nothing wrong with falling down
Everyone in this life has fallen before probably more times than you think. People just choose not to publicize their failures, they choose to come out as heroes.
That should not intimidate you, it should not make you feel useless or worthless. Trust your own process because darling, you live in a life that you write with your own hands.
If possible, you should not be scared of falling, falling makes you learn, and become a better version of yourself. Everyone has a story to tell, make your own story and tell it in a language that you only know best.
It is wrong to date if you have no intentions of marriage
It is wrong to have sex before marriage
It is wrong to date a relative
It is wrong to report abuse done by my father or relative
If my mother is being abused by my father, it should be a secret.
This is what my society says
A prostitute shouldn’t be treated with kindness
A school dropout is regarded as a failure
A lifetime single woman should not be respected
She chose her career over being a mother, what a shame.
All society's thoughts
Imagine living in a world where you are free to live your thoughts and feelings, not minding what society will think or say. Read more

Life is what we make it, we are living in a world we are making. Everyone has an opinion and every person has feelings and circumstances.
We have witnessed a lot of suicidal deaths and thoughts, loosing our loved ones because of what someone said, thinks or did.
It is because of society’s thoughts that people are doing things in private, injustice is taking place, new born babies are being dumped, the rate of suicide deaths are increasing, people are not able to express their feelings and thoughts.
It is wrong to date if you have no intentions of marriage
I lived with my girlfriend but, people said it was not right for us to live together because, we were not married yet. My girlfriend and I later discovered that, living together before getting married to each other, was the right thing to do. we both discovered that we would have made a terrible mistake if we had been married before living together…I have never been married but, I have a test of it..I wonder why things like sex before marriage or Cohabiting are considered wrong when, for some people it brings realization of what the future might bring..I think some marriages Fail because, when dating, people have less to know about each other and once they marry, a lot of changes occur…and now I believe, you can’t teach someone to be a good husband or wife…u could encourage them but, experience is the best teacher.
hope this has some sense to some but it’s just my experience
By Joshua
All she ever wanted was marriage, have kids and live a happy life with her family, she found this man who promised all that to her and fulfilled his promised, years later the man found a more educated, intelligent and rich woman. He decided to divorce his wife and took everything away from her (kids, house car) and married the educated woman.
Her intentions of dating this man was marriage but, where did it lead her?
People shouldn’t date only for marriage, people can date to know more about life, to learn how other people live, to explore, for friendship and development.
It is wrong to have sex before marriage
His aim was to lose his virginity after marriage. Before he even had his first girlfriend, he was raped. He couldn’t live with the shame, thinking about what society was going to say, he committed suicide.
Having sex before marriage is forbidden in the Bible, but there are circumstances beyond human control and, human errors everyday due to heart desires but, by God’s grace, we are forgiven because, our creator is a loving God, he is not like man or society that will condemn. Having sex before marriage is okay. if one is able to control him or herself, that is amazing but, if you find yourself weak, it is okay.
It is wrong to date a relative
Dating a relative is not wrong at all. It depends on what people believe in, how they are raised, how they feel and what their intentions are.
If my mother is being abused by my father, it should be a secret
Every person is human regardless of gender, a woman is a human being, she should be equally respected and given justice just as a man would. No one is above the law, if a crime is committed, justice must prevail. The fact that aman is head of the house shouldn’t make him immune to justice or the fact that a person is a relative shouldn’t make him or her immune to justice.
A prostitute shouldn’t be treated with kindness

People in this world are carrying burdens we know nothing about. Every person’s actions is according to their life’s experiences. Some people do things they don’t believe in, not because they want to but, because they have no choice and the least they can ask from any human being is the act of making them feel like they belong. Being kind to such people is an act of a humanitarian.
A school dropout is regarded as a failure
Embracing everything society regards as wrong
No one is a failure, people just have different ways of learning and different interests. The brain cannot be forced to learn what it doesn’t want. Society says education is key to success. We have seen people who have been educated but cannot save even one life. Success is defined by a person’s dreams and goals, if education is not a person’s goal, why then should it be their key to success?
Imagine being the reason for someone's freedom of thought.
Imagine being that person who talked to a person thinking of committing suicide but, changed their mind because of what you said.
Don’t be the reason for someone’s ” what will they say if i”. Be that change, embrace what is wrong and correct it, heal the world, change begins with you.
Make those mistakes and learn from them, ignore what society thinks is right, learn your own tight from your mistakes and what life experiences teach you, do not be mislead by a fellow human being.
